Cooking – One of the main features of using microwaves for cooking is that you achieve the required temperature within a matter of a few minutes. This eliminates the need to start the cooking system well before production starts, which improves power consumption and having to ask operatives to start earlier, which, in turn, saves labour costs. Throughput can also be improved using microwaves as the cooking technology is far more efficient.

Drying – Microwaves are an effective way of drying a variety of products. Microwaves provide instance power than enables moisture to be extracted from the product. Specifically designed exhaust systems remove the moisture from within the drying tunnels to provide the desired results.
