This way, the continuity of your production process is guaranteed. Omori UK service engineers keep your machinery in optimal condition so that it continues to perform at a high level for years to come.

You will find that our technicians have the expertise and skills necessary to meet the quality of the work. After installation, we can periodically provide the machinery with preventive maintenance to keep the machine in optimal condition.

Our Service Contracts Specifics:

The number of service/health check visits can be agreed to meet the customer’s needs.
Prepaid planned visits at a discounted rate.
Visits would consist of setting machines, changing wear parts if required (chargeable) and greasing/lubricating equipment.
Auditable service check sheets and reports will be issued on completion of service and can be used to support CMMS PM Reports.
Recommended works will be presented as part of the report with recommended timescales.
Works can be planned in for completion at an agreeable time for customers and Omori UK, avoiding disruption to production schedules and unnecessary downtime.
Recommended works can be used against additional visits remaining (prepaid) or chargeable independently.
Records will be monitored, and trend analysis performed on equipment at various customers to improve preventative maintenance and change part frequency, reducing reactive downtime.
Parts used during service/health checks, recommended works and remaining visits are chargeable.
